Sercel is not obliged to define or implement specific measures. However, we will continue to promote equality between women and men within Sercel through our various actions.

The Sercel Experience
Sercel Concept Edinburgh Food Bank Collection
December 2024, Sercel Concept collected once again for the Edinburgh Food Bank, to help people who need support in providing for themselves and their families.
Over 90% of the food distributed by foodbanks in The Trussell Trust network is donated by the public – that’s why food donations are absolutely vital to provide everyone referred to them with a balanced and nutritious three-day supply of food.

Sercel Carquefou takes part in the national DUODAY
Last November, for the first time Sercel welcomed 4 candidates with disabilities, paired with volunteer employees.
Schedule of the day was: immersion in the company, discovery of jobs and active participation... All sprinkled with kindness and smiles.
Great encounters to ‘change our outlook and overcome our prejudices’.
To mark the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH) from 18 to 21 of November, we sent daily information materials about disability to all employees in our French sites (video, documentary base, etc).

Charity challenge in Nantes
For the third consecutive year, SERCEL Carquefou took part in the charity challenge organized by Action Against Hunger on Friday, October 18th.
Once again, 32 employees joined in to participate in various activities for 1.5 hours, combining sport and solidarity.
All participants rose to the challenge with enthusiasm and completed the activity. Thanks to the generosity and commitment of the team, the event raised an impressive €4,690. Additionally, SERCEL’s football team won the tournament, adding a victory to this successful day of solidarity.

Breakfast fundraiser to benefit the Alzheimer's Association in Houston
On September 9th, Sercel Houston organized a continental breakfast fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association.
For a small donation, employees could choose from a variety of food and drinks. Many employees went above and beyond the basic donation, making this fundraiser a great success.
A big thank you to everyone who participated.

Solidarity challenge in France
For the third year running, Sercel and Viridien France joined forces to invite employees to take part in a Solidarity Challenge from 11 to 26 June 2024.
The 354 participants surpassed themselves during these 2 weeks to accumulate a maximum of steps and km by bike to support the cause of the ELA association: 38,337km were covered!
On June 27th, in Saint Gaudens, we welcomed Natasha who suffers from Leukodystrophy accompanied by her mother who represented the ELA association to give them a check in the name of Sercel. It was a great moment of sharing that gave meaning to this Challenge.
In Carquefou, we invited the best contributors to celebrate the end of this sporting and solidarity challenge remotely with our colleagues from Saint Gaudens.

World Environment Day at Sercel Junfeng
We will connect you to a global community of collaborative problem-solvers, passionate about their job and eager to work together in having an impact on the world.
On June 5, Sercel Junfeng's HSE staff took part in World Environment Day organized by the Xushui District Environmental Protection Bureau, encouraging local residents to become aware of environmental protection, raise awareness of environmental issues and promote a green, low-carbon lifestyle.
